From ball-change to double-pull-backs to quadruple time steps, anyone can tap! Learn the basics or perfect your skill.
All tap classes begin with at least 15 minutes warm up, and across the floor exercises, followed by combinations designed to increase the flow, consistency, and crispness of your sound.
Building strength and coordination, jazz is a genre of dance that covers many styles. Jazz classes at the Sutton Studio combine styles to create a more knowledgable and adept dancer. All classes begin with a 30 minute warmup, 15 minutes of floor work, followed by 20 minutes of technique and learning combinations.
The building block of all dance, ballet teaches balance, control, stamina, and strength. Ballet class starts with 20 minutes at the bar, followed by 20 minutes across the floor technique and an additional 20 minutes learning a combination.
Pre Ballet classes are available for students 6 - 8 years old. It is a 45 minute class.
Think Glee and Pitch Perfect. This Class is Show Choir at it's Best. Full of solos and fun choreography this class is for the performer in you!
This is a recreational class only. All levels welcome!
Give yourself the opportunity to try them all! This class is split into two lessons: Tap & Jazz, Ballet & Jazz, or Ballet & Tap. Each month is different. Great for groups! For ages 6 - 9.
This is a class to improve flexibility, strength, and stretching techniques. It is, in essence, a basic workout class with a component of aerobic and anaerobic exercise that focuses on strengthening the core, lengthening muscles, and educating dancers about the need for and importance of proper warmup technique and injury prevention. All levels welcome, ages 8 and up.

For our little dancers! This class is a Mommy and Me / Grandparent or Dad. Come with your 14 month - 2 and 1/2 year olds. This is a fun 30 minute class where the litle ones shine early.
These classes are combination classes for our 3 - 5 year olds. It is a 45 minute class that works on students basic locomotor skills, listening skills, and story telling through movement. This clas is a Tap and Ballet class
